Vietnam is negotiating passion fruit exports to the U.S., targeting $50-100 million annually, after successful deals with Australia. Currently, Vietnam cultivates 9,500 hectares of passion fruit, yielding 190,000 tons yearly, with 80% exported. The nation exported $222 million worth of passion fruit (fresh and frozen) in 2023, with Europe as the largest market for frozen products.
