Vietnam’s fruit, vegetable exports likely to set new record

December 09, 2024 | Vietnam+ |

Vietnam’s fruit and vegetable exports are set to reach a record $7-7.2 billion by year-end, driven by double-digit growth in key markets like Thailand, South Korea, Germany, Canada, China, and the U.S., according to the Vietnam Fruit and Vegetable Association (Vinafruit). Vietnam currently exports eight fresh fruits to the U.S., including dragon fruit, mango, longan, lychee, rambutan, star apple, pomelo, and coconut.
