At the 2025 Tokyo International Food Expo, Tainan City's delegation achieved over NT$3 billion in sales within three days, surpassing last year’s total. Led by Mayor Huang Wei-che, many exhibitors came from earthquake-affected areas, showcasing products like fresh jujube, pineapple, and mango-based goods. Although mangoes are out of season, large pre-orders were placed. The event boosted the "Tainan" brand’s reputation and expanded global market opportunities for local farmers.
