Organized by the International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST), the congress will convene scientists, technologists, regulators, industry leaders, and future professionals under the theme “Where Food Science Meets the Future.” It aims to foster scientific dialogue and cross-sector collaboration to advance resilient, safe, and sustainable food systems. The programme will cover topics including functional foods and health, innovative ingredients and processing technologies, traditional food knowledge, food safety, regulatory science, and measurement technologies. Abstract submissions have been extended to June 14, 2026, while early-bird registration is open until June 15, 2026.
