This initiative operates within the United States Global Change Research Program, managed by NOAA's Climate Program Office, and hosted by NOAA's Web Operation Center. Developed using the Drupal content management system, the Toolkit, launched in 2014, has undergone updates, including a mobile-friendly design in version 1.5 introduced in July 2016.
