Since the inaugural European congress on agricultural and food ethics in 1999, the discourse on food ethics remains crucial, especially in today's landscape marked by climate change, global conflicts, and post-COVID challenges. EurSafe 2024 invites discussions on sustainable innovations for ethical food production and consumption, addressing topics such as innovations in farming, novel technology in food production, sustainable diets, and ethical procurement of food. Contributions examining the ethical implications for animals, humans, and the environment, as well as their impact on professionals, politics, and policy, are welcomed.
